United Nations Partnership Development Framework (UNPDF) 2018-2022

The United Nations Partnership Development Framework (UNPDF) 2018-2022 supports the achievement of national development goals that are outlined in the Sustainable Development Strategy: Egypt Vision 2030 (Egypt Vision 2030), as well as the realization of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development (2030 Agenda) and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The UNPDF is composed of four outcomes: 1) Inclusive Economic Development, 2) Social Justice, 3) Environmental Sustainability and Natural Resource Management and 4) Women's Empowrment. It works towards reinforcing the varying comparative advantages of the UN in achieving these outcomes whilst also ensuring national ownership through encouraging the collective contribution of national initiatives, key stakeholders and government entities as well as all relevant UN agencies.
