One United Nations Egypt Annual Results Report 2018

The One UN Egypt Annual Results Report 2018 illustrates the results achieved by the UN in Egypt, alongside national and international partners, in addressing national development priorities outlined in the Sustainable Development Strategy: Egypt’s Vision 2030, which in turn are linked to the UN’s 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development and its 17 Sustainable Development Goals. The UN addresses national development priorities through a partnership agreement with the Government of Egypt that covers the years 2018-2022, the UN Partnership Development Framework (UNPDF), which consists of the four outcome areas that the UN in Egypt works on: 1) Inclusive Economic Development, 2) Social Justice, 3) Environmental Sustainability and Natural Resource Management, and 4) Women’s Empowerment.
